Describe an energetic person that you know

I personally opine that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body and a person is able to stay healthy when he is active and energetic. Among the people I have come across, I found Mr. Amitabh Bachchan the most agile one.

Mr. Amitabh Bachchan is a prestigious personality of Indian cinema, also known as Bollywood’s shahenshah (King of Kings). While he is a septuagenarian, he is not only a film actor but also a film producer, television host, occasional playback singer, and former politician and all these roles he is performing with full zest and zeal.

He has a career span of more than five decades which makes him one of the greatest actors in the history of Indian Cinema. The media personnel speaks volume about him in the newspapers and journals, also I follow him on the social networking sites through which I keep myself updated about his activities.

Sometimes it astonishes me that, how a person of his age can be so dynamic? He wakes up at 6 am, finishes his workout, goes for his shootings (sometimes out of the country) which demands exceptionally well being of a person as they have to shoot fight scenes, on and off working hours, and so on, which is very difficult for a senior citizen, still, he does.

People of his age cannot even imagine a bit of it and he is exercising such things. A normal man after getting retired at the age of 60 from a 30 or 40 years of tenure, do not want to do a single thing after that and enjoys a pensioner’s life with full attitude but Mr. Bachchan is totally opposite of this attitude.

He imparts this attribute of his in his children and grandchildren as well. All of them are affluent and talented enough. He proves that age is just a number “77” that’s it and He can still play his son’s son. Thinking of his movie “Paa”. Mr. Bachchan teaches us how to stay young and energetic despite the ticking clock.

He has won more awards than the number of stars you have ever counted in the night sky at one go. From being the first to win the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award in 1991 to being awarded the Padma Bhushan in 2001, he has come a long way.

Despite all such things he is still an extremely down to earth personality and a legend. I seriously admire and adore him a lot.
