Sample Answer

The diagram illustrates how bricks are produced for the building industry.

Overall, the process consists of seven stages, beginning with the digging of the clay and ending up with the delivery of the finished product.

First of all, clay is dug with the help of a digger. After that, this clay is passed through the metal grid and a platform with rollers in order to filter and grind it. This is now mixed with sand and water, to make a mixture which is transformed into bricks either by using the wire cutter or using the mold. In the next stage, these bricks are kept in a drying oven for 24-48 hours.

Subsequently, dried bricks are transferred to two kilns having moderate and high temperatures where these are heated to a temperature in the range of 200 to 980 degree celsius and 870 to 1300 degree Celsius respectively. Next, the bricks are now passed into a cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours. Finally, these are delivered out for selling purpose.
