Well I am a person who loves travelling from one place to another and I am a frequent visitor of umpteen places like Mauritius, Maldives, Greece and so on where I have accumulated a myriad unforgettable memories with my kith and kin.
Contrastingly, here I would like to talk about a vacation which I had in my native country itself with my friends and it turned out to be a disconsolate one. It was the time a decade ago when I was in Darjeeling with my parents. Actually, I have grabbed this unique attribute from my father, he is also a zealot about excursions. So we were in the most astounding place of our country, relishing all the ambulatory destinations of it like Tinchuley, a village settled in the lap of nature, Rock Garden one of the most prevalent Darjeeling tourist spots made entirely of rocks, splattered with flora, fauna, waterfalls and bridges. However, one such incident happened during that holiday which culminated my euphoric state of mind into a disheartened one. Actually, that staycation was after the completion of my 10th standards’ exams and the result was on the horizon and while we were holidaying the result got declared and I completely failed in the examinations. One of my classmates broke this news to me while we were enjoying the panoramic view of Darjeeling and Kanchenjunga’s scintillating snow-capped peaks. I stood numb for a while. I was completely shattered by how it could be, despite diligently working out. From that point of time I was so depressed that it made everyone’s vacation a miserable one and we went back to our pavilions.
All in all, this was that bizarre trip we encountered.
