Thanks for providing me with such an interesting topic. Like other people, I also attended school in my academic tenure. There are so many kinds of things happened in my school that I can share with everyone. But here I am going to talk about the most interesting thing happened in my school. Well! it was about 2 years ago when I was in my 12th standard. At that time a team of environmental activists came to my college to aware us about global warming and its harmful effects on mankind

It was Saturday morning when this visit was scheduled in our college; they were a team of four members. We all assembled in the seminar hall and it started off. Initially, they showed us an audiovisual clip which had so many special effects to show the future of the earth. The clip was highly informative and also a kind of warning of what may happen in the future if we do not start doing something now for saving the environment in which we live.

After it was finished we all are so overwhelmed by the video that there was a pin drop silence in the hall. However, the silence was broken by one of their team members, when he started his speech on global warming. There lectures not only described us about the harmful effects of global warming but they also provide us with some measure which we can employ to reduce the emission of venomous gases.

All in all, it was a very inspirational and educational lecture; we learned many things that day. Such events should be promoted in society so that people can be made aware of the consequences of our careless deeds and should be shown the road to sustainable development.
