There are umpteen organizations in India that provide employment to the citizens of the nation such as Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Tata Consultancy Services (TCS),Infosys, Punjab Tractors Limited and so on.

Here, I would like to talk about Punjab Tractors Limited which is also known as Swaraj Division. Actually, it is a tractor and farm equipment making company that is owned by Mahindra & Mahindra Limited. Formerly known as Punjab Tractors Limited, the company was taken over by Mahindra Group in 2007 and subsequently in 2009, the name was changed to Swaraj Division. This acquisition made Mahindra & Mahindra World’s largest tractor manufacturer and I am working in this firm since 2014 as an engineer and I have learned multifarious things from this company.

Apart from this, thousands of workers are earning remuneration from this corporation from the medium of distinct departments. This company was established in 1972 and still on the number one position due to its faculty members and the services they bestow to their customers. The company secured top rating in Customer Satisfaction Index and Sales Satisfaction Index and was awarded Deming Prize in the year 2012 and Excellence Award in the following year. It has a network of over 1500 sales and service centres and 600 dealerships across India, while the product portfolio comprises tractor models ranging from below 30HP to over 50HP power.The company always stays inclined towards innovations, be it from their clients front or from their employees. On every occasion they provide incentives to their personnel and on the festival of Diwali they bestow various bounties to the workers.

Overall this company houses end number of people and I am glad that I am one of them.
