Amid this cut-throat competitive era the level of stress is burgeoning by leaps and bounds and to deal with it there are numerous aids people are trying these days such as yoga, cardiovascular exercises, meditations and so on. 

Here I would like to mention about my real sister who is a great insouciant. She never gets worried about anything, no matter what the circumstances are she has a happy go lucky kind of aura. Since childhood, I have observed that she has never taken any exam stress. She used to crack her exams with flying colours. I used to try to fetch this attitude from her during our childhood but alas! It didn’t happen ever, contrastingly I used to take stress exorbitantly and that too for every single thing. We both used to repel from each other. She used to feel negativity around me which is why she used to stay away from me in her own friend circle. That time I used to feel bad but now I think that she was right. 

Apart from this, Being a female I can say that stress reflects from our skin as well. Her skin glows like glitters whereas mine is very ruff and my body persists in various ailments unlike her. 

Obviously, a high-raised mental pressure drives umpteen health issues from which my sister tries to maintain distance. For instance, she is a yoga person. She regularly attends her yoga classes along with her meditation. She somehow tries to keep herself calm in every situation so that she can handle it in an effective way. She even advised me not to take tension. I also try to do yoga to cope up with my worries and I think it will take time but nothing is implausible.

All in all, she is the one in my contacts who takes a minimal pressure of any thing and surprisingly her things go so well. Don’t know how.
